Call us or set up your own free of charge initial intake appointment on the calendar. Georgia photo ID required. When using the calendar, choose your date, time and Dahlonega location. For this initial intake appointment, which includes a medical assessment, allow one hour.  Please give us the first day of your last menstrual period when you book your intake appointment. Our medical staff will determine what other medical appointments you can make according to your medical assessment.
